Cure the Poisoned Gnome
Cure the Poisoned Gnome is a Quest in Act One of Baldur's Gate 3. The quest can be obtained by speaking with Thulla at the Myconid Colony at Ebonlake Grotto.

Walkthrough[edit | edit source]
Thulla is a deep gnome slave taking refuge in the Myconid Colony. She can be found at X: 83 Y: -97, on the same mushroom platform as Sovereign Spaw.
When the party first encounter Thulla, a successful Nature check reveals that she has been poisoned by a wild weed from the Underdark. She is afflicted with Duegar Poison and has had her health reduced. Once the party speak with her, she must be cured within three Long Rests. After the third Long Rest, Thulla dies and becomes a myconid husk. If interacting with Thulla while she is poisoned.
Thulla can be cured by items that remove the condition:
- Give her the antidote.
- Give her the Elixir of Silvanus.
- Give her an antitoxin.
- Give her a Remedial Potion.
- Give her an Elixir of Poison Resistance.
- Give her the noblestalk as a cure.
One of the possible items to cure Thulla is a Duergar Antidote in the possession Gekh Coal. He can be encountered while exploring the Decrepit Village or by following the quest. Spells and abilities such as can also cure Thulla.
After saving Thulla, she offers the Boots of Speed she stole from Sergeant Thrinn as a reward. She asks the party to go and save the rest of her clan of Ironhand Gnomes who are being held captive in Grymforge, thus opening up the quest .
Picking any of the following options will result in Thulla dying and a failed quest:
- She won't last long. Finish her off.
- [PERSUASION] You're in a bad way. I could end your suffering, if you want. (DC 15)
- Give her a quick death.
