Guardian of Faith is a Construct that can be summoned with the level 4 Conjuration spell, Guardian of Faith. Acting as immobile sentries, they will attack any enemies that get within range. Guardians of Faith take damage with every attack they make.
Combat[edit | edit source]
The only action available to Guardians of Faith is Radiant damage to the target and guardian. The guardian can trigger this attack in three different ways:
- As a normal
Action on their turn (via )
- As an entirely free reaction when an enemy enters their 3 m / 10 ft attack range (via )
- As an entirely free reaction when an enemy in range attacks an ally (via )
Guardians of Faith do not have a traditional Opportunity Attack and make reaction attacks against enemies entering their range rather than leaving it. Their reactions do not consume any Reaction resource and are thus limited only by the amount of hit points the guardian has.

One can be found in the Rosymorn Monastery guarding a pile of skeletons. The Cleric that summoned it is one of those long dead skeletons (Last Notes of a Monk), and the fact that it is a permanent Guardian is attributed to a blessing of Lathander.
