Notes
- Promised Victory only applies 1 turn of Guiding Bolt, differing from the spell which applies 2 turns, and as such the condition is lost immediately at the start of the target's next turn.
- Arrows that have an area of effect can trigger Promised Victory on all creatures and objects within the area, spreading Guiding Bolt over multiple targets.
- Does not drop if the Steel Watcher Titan is killed by the condition.
