Deflect Missiles is a Monk reaction that allows a monk to throw a ranged weapon projectile back at an attacker after first catching the missile with  Deflect Missiles.

Description

Use your reflexes to catch a projectile from a ranged weapon attack and shoot it back at your attacker.
